Gabriel Noriega, CMCA, AMS

I have worked in the HOA industry since 2007. I began working in the capacity of an Association Manager for a Tucson based company and quickly became the head of Marketing. I embraced those duties as Marketing Director and helped that company reach its milestone goal of 200 managed HOA’s.

In 2011, I went to work for another local management company in the capacity of Director of Manager Services where I was instrumental in developing the Assistant Manager and Compliance Departments. I have managed up to 18 HOA’s with 2145 homes and budgets in excess of $1M.

Prior to starting my career in the HOA Management Industry, I was a General Manager for a local health club. I am native to Arizona and have been in the Tucson area since 2003. I am a former Marine.

I have served on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Pima Alliance and served on the Technical Committee for the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association. I have been a member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers, served as co-chair of the Tucson Outreach Committee and was also a member of the ADHOC Public Relations Committee. I obtained two awards from AACM, “Above and Beyond” and “Making a Difference.” And was also part of the Common Ground Award for the Revitalization of the Arroyo Vista Clean-up Project from MPA.

I am also a member of the Community Association Institute and regularly attend their classes and seminars, as well as those offered through Arizona Association of Community Managers. I hold the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) from CAI. In addition, I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
In late 2014, GNC Community Management was born. I obtained my first client in April 2016, now I successfully manage 19 clients and more to follow. My extensive management and marketing experience will be instrumental in making GNC Community Management a successful Management Company in the Southern Arizona Region. I believe that continuing education and affiliation with professional organizations is an integral part of effective management and growth.
